Kelley Mirabello

A seasoned global healthcare executive, Kelley Mirabello is passionate about creating inclusive and supportive workplaces, particularly for individuals affected by cancer and chronic illness. With extensive experience leading complex, large-scale commercial operations in Australia and across multiple international markets, Kelley understands the vital role employers play in fostering equitable workplace environments and driving meaningful social and community change while successfully advancing their business objectives.

As a Strategic Advisory Board member at LiveWorkCancer, Kelley brings a unique dual perspective—deep expertise in employer needs and responsibilities, combined with her own lived experience as a breast cancer survivor in 2014. She understands firsthand the profound ripple effects of a cancer diagnosis on one’s family, career, and sense of self. Her comprehensive insights into patient needs, workplace operations, team leadership dynamics, and corporate governance align seamlessly with the mission, goals, and values of the LiveWorkCancer team.

Kelley is especially mindful of the impact a cancer diagnosis has on others. In the workplace, frontline managers and colleagues play a powerful role in boosting a cancer sufferer’s confidence and sense of connection as they navigate often overwhelming and costly treatments. A strong advocate for employee support initiatives, Kelley is committed to fostering environments where individuals can thrive—balancing professional aspirations, personal well-being, and health challenges.

Outside of work, Kelley enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, experiencing nature, and following sumo wrestling.
