Felicity Ford

Network Facilitator

Felicity is a dynamic leader in one of Australia’s leading global financial services companies. In 2021, Felicity's life took an unexpected turn when she was diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), a more aggressive and fast-growing subtype. Despite this challenge, Felicity channelled her experience into supporting others balancing work, careers and cancer.

At LiveWorkCancer®, Felicity leads and facilitates network groups tailored for women navigating the complexities of work while undergoing cancer treatment, recovery, and beyond.

Her focus is clear: ensuring that cancer does not hinder the careers of women. Felicity is also an advocate for cultivating CancerKind workplaces so that people experiencing cancer and their caregivers can continue to pursue their personal and professional goals.

Felicity holds a Post Graduate degree in Advanced Business from Auckland University of Technology.

Felicity's story is one of resilience, hope, and empowerment. As a valued member of our advisory board, her wealth of experience and unwavering dedication inspires us all.

What many may not know about Felicity is she grew up on a farm in Auckland and Awakino, New Zealand.  Had her first chainsaw at aged 9 years old, had interesting pets:  a pig, lamb, black labrador, canary and calf – not all at the same time.  In her spare time, there’s motor racing a  Porche 911’s, hiking, photography and a great red wine.
